#3 of my postworkout meal the other day!
Base made of 2 eggs, coarse wheat bran flakes, 1 teaspoon pea protein and some water.
I had chicken filee, tomatoes, rocket salad and avocado on mine this time and some left over saus with the main ingrediens of shallots, sage, cream and some soy sauce. 
I think I once posted the recipe to this meal? Didn’t I? Well you know me, saying I will but then it take agees.
Well it’s basically 10% minced meat (no pork ok?), ovenbaked aubergines, kidney beans or any beans you like even chickpeas, fresh tomatoes, a bunch of fresh rosmary and basil and then västerbotten cheese (or your favourite cheese!) on top of it all. So easy to make and it’s delicious! You don’t need much to feel full! Top it off with some salad or an egg ;) 
I think the basic concept is just to put how much of each ingredient as you like, that will become the best combination after your own opinion of what tastes good! I always do that.

Banana protein pancake Recipe:
2 eggs
1 scoop/1 spoon of banana or vanilla whey protein powder
1 spoon of water
mix well and then fry it in coconut oil or olive oil.
Serve with wahetever you like!
I had it with half a banana, one kiwi and raspberries. Lots of cinammon and cottage cheese.

Vegan and organic raw chocolate. One of them was one of the best chocolates I’ve ver tried, with coconut sugar and milk! Yeez! U must go and buy yourself an Ombar guys!

What are you having for lunch?
I’m having a lentil and rocket salad with lots of fresh parsley. Beetroots, cellery and a little big of salmon and quinoa. A few cahews and flaxseeds. 1 teaspoon of olive oil and lemon juice. Himalayan salt.
